The quesiton is related to Mobile IP. Any expert in Mobile IP please respond to this.

I am currently doing a project on mobile IP. My task is to find the Home Agent (HA) in the internet and utilize the services offered by it. But I am surprised to know how to find a HA in the internet.

Please if you have some time , let me know briefly how to find Home Agent in the internet.
