[Bad Monitor] -

My monitor screen image has just gone bad. Meaning that the picture has faded horizontal lines acrossed it. I've went thru my picture adjustments options such as color, deguass and refresh rate and nothing has helped. Any suggestions of what else I may due before giving up and getting myself a new monitor...
