[Ipaq H5450] -

Anyone ever have trouble using a Wi-Fi connection with an HP IPAQ H5450 Pda?
I bought one about a year ago and was so disappointed with not being able to use the built in Wi-Fi that I sold it.
I had set up my router perfectly and also set up my Pda correctly but it was just not having any of it. The Pda recognised the connection was there but would not use it.
I searched the HP support forums and found out that every pda of that model has exactly the same problems and that none of the pathes HP have released actually solve the problem.
I just think it's very annoying that companies are allowed to release products that don't actually work!!!
What are your views on this?
