I like too many kinds to really list here. I like the Oldies, 60's and 70's because my older brother used to listen to that when I was a kid, so I liked. Now I listen to what my teenage sons listen to, and I like most of that. And I like what came in between. :D
I even like Blues, some Jazz, and some Classical and that really didn't come in between those. I might be old, but not that old. Why's my bifocals so I can see what I'm typing?
Sorry, but I like very little rap. Some, okay; but most, no thanks. Well, actually, I'm not sorry. That's my IMO and I'm sticking with it.
Can anyone else be more vague?

Pink Floyd whoop any bands A$$ - none of this manufactured nonsense. I've never heard anyone who comes close to the sound Floyd make.
I've seen Dave Gilmour & Roger Waters this year and also a couple of tribute bands (the Australian Pink Floyd are awesome, if they ever come to a town near you then go see them! :D)
More of my fave bands are...
* Metallica
* Rammstein
* Smashing Pumpkins
* The Smiths (& Morrissey)
Did i mention Pink Floyd? :D :D :D

Has anyone here ever seen The Wall film? - If so what do you make of it?

Hmmm... what kind of music do I like? Well, pretty much everything but country. Mostly, I listen to metal (Drowningman, Burnt by the Sun, Chimaira, etc.), but I also listen to lots of Techno (Aphex Twin, Squarepusher, Mr. Oizo)... lately I've been listening to jazz (does Mr. Scruff count as jazz?), and some classic rock (Zeppelin, Floyd, etc). I've always liked classical, and I don't mind rap (as long as it's german)... can anyone say "Broad musical tastes"?

Just about everything here. Few country songs though. Favorite band right now is Staind. Hence the Sig Quote

I am fairly eclectic... I like quite a few genres.. but if cornered I like Rush, Lynard Skynard, Pink Floyd, Yes and Iron Maiden to name just a few... I know... my age is really showing here. :D
Of the current crop.. Nickleback, Counting Crows, Ween.
I also like country... especially *gulp* Reba McEntire *gulp*, The Mavericks and Travis Tritt.
I like Celtic based music... wether the more traditional.. or modern (or Celtic Rock if you like0

Got a new favorite House DJ. Mark Farina. Heard him spin this New Years past.

Well, it is simpler to list what I don't listen to.. which would be death metal.... I just love music in general and will give anything a whirl though I am partial to all forms of rock...
