It sure is, the only reason its closed to regulars is because its still in it's beta testing stages. (However you can acquire an invite from a friend which will allow you to register.)

We had a great laugh over it at work! Just got off of a wonderful call to dell lasting 3 hours for them to agree that I know what i"m doing and they need to send me a new mobo!
