It Can be done. But if you get it before some of the event races you can't get all the cars. That is if you don't have all the cars alredy.

It took me a while to get, but it seems i was wrong about not being able to get all the cars it depends on what your racing with. That will determine whether or not a car is offerd as a prize.:cool:

I got the SS liscence. It was HARD!! But it payed off, cuz now I got like 20+ cars (all that I purchased), and $1,000,000+. Skyline GTR-R-34 is the GREATEST CAR EVER!!!
