Current network set up :-

SBS 2003 Exchange server with 4 email accounts.
Client computers are WINDOWS XP Pro.

Email come directly into the sever as it not hosted by any ISP.
It needs a spam filter.

Please recommend me some thing.

I use Mailbox Filter and am very satisfied with it. It is not freeware, but one price gets the program and all updates.
