Hmm please tell me how i can either send a video through the websites or send it through an email...

the video is around 3 minutes... also how do i stream a video?

Around three minutes? - Quite a big file is it? - The size might be your problem with that one.

I've heard that Windows Media Player can do it - although i haven't seen it - i'll see what i can find...:)
