Hi everyone,

In Hong Kong, a newspaper web site has blocked all viewers viewing their site locally. Only oversea viewers able to read the newspaper. I want to know how to do that. How the web site determine who is from local and who is from oversea? I guess it determine by ISP or IP Range. Is there a solution I can view this site from local? Thank you for your time.

There probably is a way but it probably won't be legal.

Then again is it legal to block citizens from accessing the 'outside world'?

Then again you saying it's a newspaper website could you just not buy the newspaper...?
