H,i i'm trying to download something from the net but the following message keeps appearing " setup was unable to upgrade the windows installer ". Could someone tell me how Iget around this please.

You will need to give much more details than that. Please describe your browser, website, type of error... and be exact.

Also, give details on what your doing to get the message, etc.

Hi Larry i'm not that good when it comes to pc's so could you please bare with me. I don't know what you mean by browser, the website is lasseters online casino and the type of error says "setup was unable to upgrade the windows installer". I'm trying to download the table games under the heading getting started.

Gav, a browser is the thing you use to access the internet - e.g: Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Netscape etc etc
