This is a brand new card, the box has never been opened it is packaged like it came right from a store. I currently run this card model on my system now, so when my friend’s business closed and he gave me the extra one they had left, i really had no use for it. Not to mention i really need some extra cash. So here is the deal.
I am willing to sell the card, to any person willing to pay $200 in cash or Money order... and send it Next day delivery... As you can tell i need the money very quickly so the next day delivery of the money is an important part of the deal...
if you have to send it slower...then 2-3 day is the maximum. Once I receive the payment, your card will be sent using FedEx, with a tracking number, for next day delivery (Since my brother works there i pay nothing).
The money MUST be cash, or Money order. The reason I am not accepting a check is because my bank. The Royal Bank of Canada makes me wait 27 business days so they can clear the check, since im a new customer with them.
Now I read the rules for the forum... and i know I am not suppose to post a hotmail account address, but If you are a MOD, and reading this, can you please OK it this one time?

I sent this guy a certified check from a bank. He ripped it up and refuses to send me my product. I paid the bank $200 and they gave me a check (basically a money order and if he ripped it up I am out of $200). If he refuses to send me the check (not ripped up) or the product I will contact his local authorities for fraud. Since I have his name, address, e-mails, and his post here saved he will be screwed.
Trax - If you do not send me my money order or item I will seek full prosecution. It is a certified bank check NO ONE I bank with does money orders. I expect a reply within 24 hours before I contact the authorities.

It wasn't a check it was a money order. If he ripped it up then I am out of $200 I paid the bank (I actually paid $212 to the bank) for the order, Plus $29 for overnight air. So if he screws me then I'm out $241.

You should be getting a phone call from the California Burough of Fraud Investigation (CBFI) in1-3 buisness days...They will then tell you to send back the card or write up a summons for court...

I looked at the picture. It looks like a money order from a bank since it's not drawn on a personal account. [i]The original post said cash or money order.[/i] That means that it has been paid for by the sender and I could take it to my bank and they could check it right on the spot. I would probably have to wait 7 days to use the money since that's my bank's policy. However, I live in the U.S. and I don't know how the banks work in Canada. I don't know why it would take so long to process since everything is electronic and just a phone call away.
And please remember to keep it civil without the name-calling and flaming.

i showed them it, and they told me how long it would take so i took it home, i never tried to cash it that day...so when i called the bank asking if it would be a problem(the name thing), they said yes i wont be able to cash it...
but that don't matter... he is getting his card, i dont get any money...

It's not just in Toronto with all the bad checks. I know that all too well. I got a $6000 check from a large insurance company (a car ran into my kitchen) and it was 15 days before I could get the money in my account. I also received a bad check for $12, 500 and it took years to get anything, and the anything was about $200. That's a big difference.
Just a possible solution so that no one gets shafted or cheated in this deal. [b]Can Roo cancel that check and send another "certified" check for the replacement when he gets the card?[/b] It may cost Roo a little more than the $200, but if he already has a buyer for it, it's only cutting into his profit by a minimum.
Just a thought.

She said that if you do not send me what I paid for she will fully reimburse me, PLUS she will do whatever she can to get the money from you. She told me that if you try to cash it you need to use a driver’s license or your checking/saving account number. So if you do not send me my product and then try to cash this check she will inform your bank and have deal with them collecting the money from your bank/you. And if you wish to contact me or my bank feel free to. I have sent you BOTH numbers many times.
BTW Prove you ripped it up lets see the pictures. Wait I am sure you will come up with some excuse why you can’t. Liars always do.

A money order is this. You pay the bank $ and they give you a piece of paper that says the person gets this amount of $.
A certified check is this. You pay the bank $ and they give you a certified check that needs ZERO clearing because the funds are already paid. Except the check is traceable. And it guarentee's my money and purchases.
And since this guy says his bank requires 60 days to clear all checks is BS. The only way they would require that is if he has commited some kind of check fraud before. Checks clear ANY BANK ANY WHERE INT HE WORLD in 7 business days. This guy is a a load of crap.
