check out the hosting plans, and also if i wanna get the basic pakages where do i get a domain from? if i don't gota domain what i do with the server?

hosting is a commodity, which means you get what you pay for.

your support online chat - is Off Line in the middle of the day, but maybe not in your country :)

no phone number???

There should be someone in the livechat each moment of the day, BUT all our support people are currently located somewhere in europe, we will try to fix this soon! On a side note the customer helpdesk tickets are always answered within 3 hours after submitting, wich should be good to know.
As for the phonenumber, we don't offer phone support at this time, we might be offering it in the future (wich ofcorse is wishfull).
