I currently have 2 Hard-Drives...

(1. C:/ this is my main drive on NTFS
D:/ this is my empty drive which hasnt got NTFS or FAT32)

(2 H:/ this is my FTP drive which is on NTFS)

is it possible to install Linux onto D:/ without having to delete my other drives or partition with cfdisk or fdisk ?

Also which is the easiest linux to install?

Thanks for any help :d

Should be quite do-able. Depending on which distrobution of linux you go with, it might even set everything up for you. What will probably happen is it will install onto the drive you specifiy and then, if you want to dual boot (which in this case you do) it will setup LILO (linux loader) onto your MBR. Then, when you reboot, you will be prompted as to which OS you wish to load, ms win, or linux.
As for which distro is easiest to install... probably something like mandrake, redhat, suse. Once you get going, you can play with the other distros like slackware.... mmmmm, slackware.

Good luck.

Yeah. It's actully just as easy as installing it on a blank hard drive. The more user friendly distros (Mandrake & RedHat) will allow you to select one option and they will re format the HD and everything. Even install a boot loader (Grub or Lilo).
