Discuss Copy right laws for picture taken yourself

Posted by: Larry

Anyone knowledgeable on the subject of: legal issues, pictures of concrete things, such as buildings, landscape, cityscape, etc. AND if you take the picture yourself?

example: I go take a picture a big building in a city. I then post that image on a website.
a) Can I legally do that?
b) Do I have rights (all of them) to that image?
c) If I wanted too, can I sell that image?

thanks

PS. wanted to ask, just in case any "legal people" check out the board ;)

im not a lawyer so dont take my word for it but im almost positive you have all the rights to the image.
