OK, time for an update:
I sent in the file to AVG and they said their detection was correct, but I was still in doubt, since no other scanner detected anytihng in that particular file.
Posted a thread on the ACG free forum, and the guys there tried to help me, and told me how I can send in the file by e-mail, so I did that, too.
In the meanwhile I kept updating virus definitions and checking/testing the file, and the last check was negative, no virus detection anymore, so it WAS a false positive after all.
